Returns
Returns are accepted within [30 days] from the date of receipt. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to initiate the return process. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
At this time, exchanges are not accepted. However, if you encounter any issues or have concerns about your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us. The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Due to the nature of our products, returns cannot be accepted for the following items unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom or personalized neon signs
- Intimate items
- Discounted or sale items
We take great care in crafting our neon signs to meet your specifications. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can assist with a resolution. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to address any concerns you may have.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage. In the event that an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be held liable for any depreciation in value. We strongly encourage that all returned items are securely packaged and returned with the original packaging, as items returned in damaged or used condition may not be eligible for a full refund. Please ensure that the item is returned within the specified return period to avoid any issues.
Cancellations
As our neon signs are custom-made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, we are unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds, as each neon sign is tailored specifically to the individual customer’s requirements. Since these are bespoke pieces, they cannot be resold to others.
We highly recommend that you carefully review your order before finalizing it. If you wish to cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, we will begin production, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
